A Q&A with a Life and Business Coach, Intuitive/Energy Worker, Writer, and Speaker.

March — the month where we start to dip our toes into warmer weather, keep an eye out for cherry blossoms, and reflect on our New Year’s goals that we may or may not have forgotten about.

The good news is that we can start over, bounce back, or even explore new ways to align with what truly inspires us — and that’s okay.

In today’s Member Spotlight, we’re excited to introduce Stacey Andon, a Life and Business Coach who specializes in Intuitive and Energy Work. As a writer and speaker, Stacey beautifully blends her passions to create a life where creativity and intuition lead the way. Her journey is a testament to the power of trusting your inner wisdom and embracing your unique path.

Q&A

How are you a creative in your career?

Creativity drives my work in the world. In the stories I write and share (I have a weekly newsletter and a substack), the women I work with who want to tap into their own wisdom and intuitive guidance systems (coaching is a creative process between client and coach — as what unfolds through curiosity, compassion and experimenting creates new ideas, new visions and ways forward). My channeled messages are created in the moment— what wisdom wants to be shared with you, with the world? How fun to encourage myself and those around me to trust their imaginations — this is the gatekeeper of creativity. The place where you can make up exactly what it is you most desire in ways that aren’t always to plan, but rather soul-led and thus beyond where the head can take us. I call it Everyday Enchantment.

What’s your favorite project you’ve ever worked on?

I created an in-person women’s mastermind group for creatives, entrepreneurs, leaders (any woman who wanted to nurture their own superpowers in life and business) — it was called MapMakers. I ran it monthly for about 3 years until the pandemic shut-down in person gatherings. I have reinvented it virtually — run seasonally in the Fall and Spring (now called The Mystic’s Café). Where women carve out space to listen to their own inner guidance, practice trusting and leaning in to what calls to them — alongside other amazing women who are encouraging and supporting each other. Beautiful relationships blossom and the connections made are still going strong. And the intersection of soul and human meet — in the most synchronistic and practical of ways!

If you had to give one piece of advice to other creatives looking to start a career in your field, what would you say?

Allow yourself to be in beginner’s mindset— experiment, practice, be honest with what lights you up and what doesn’t — and trust your own path. No one knows you better than you.

Do you have a highlighted project you’d like to share or something you’ve created recently that you are proud of?

I’ve recently created a substack— where I post short love letters/soul-pep talks. https://dearsoullove.substack.com/

Key Takeaways

  • Trust Your Imagination and Intuition to Unlock Creativity: Creativity flourishes when you trust your inner wisdom and imagination. Whether it’s through storytelling, coaching, or connecting with others, allowing yourself to explore beyond logic can lead to innovative ideas and authentic self-expression. By tapping into your intuitive guidance, you can open the door to new possibilities and embrace creativity in unexpected ways.
  • Create Spaces for Connection and Growth: Building communities where women can share, learn, and grow together nurtures creativity and inspiration. The transformation of MapMakers into The Mystic’s Café highlights the power of creating safe, supportive spaces for women to connect, trust their own journeys, and cultivate their talents. Investing in these kinds of relationships can lead to lasting bonds and profound personal growth.
  • Embrace the Beginner’s Mindset and Trust Your Path: Starting something new requires embracing experimentation, being open to learning, and discovering what truly lights you up. By giving yourself permission to be a beginner, you allow space for growth, creativity, and alignment with your passions. Trusting your own path — rather than comparing yourself to others — ensures that your journey is authentic and fulfilling.
