Why We Walk
At MWCA, we believe that caring for ourselves allows us to create, lead, and

The Experience
This WaterWalk is intentionally structured to create space for both movement and
mindfulness. The session follows a relaxed rhythm: walk → teach → walk → teach,
ensuring no one tires too quickly while allowing plenty of time for reflection,
learning, and connection with one another.
