Join us for an engaging Lunch & Learn with Kelly Lippenholz, a communications
speaker and trainer who helps HR leaders and people managers tackle one of
today’s biggest workplace challenges: leading and engaging a multi-generational
workforce.

Traditional education rarely prepares us for the real-life demands of
leadership. Managing competing priorities, navigating workplace dynamics,
setting healthy boundaries, and handling conflict are skills many of us are
expected to have, yet rarely taught. In this practical and empowering session,
Kelly introduces a clear 3-step system to help participants build
self-awareness, strengthen communication, and confidently manage conflict.

Rather than focusing on theory alone, this session reframes leadership as a set
of learnable people skills that support resilience, confidence, and stronger
relationships both personally and professionally.

Whether you are an emerging leader, creative, or professional looking to grow,
this session offers actionable tools to help you communicate clearly, lead
authentically, and navigate challenges with confidence.

In this session, you will:

* Navigate difficult conversations with clarity and confidence
* Build awareness of how your communication and behavior impact others
* Set clear expectations and boundaries to reduce conflict and strengthen
relationships
