Erica Bigger is the Founder of WhollyGloss, a purpose driven beauty brand rooted
in faith, empowerment, and self expression. A seasoned entrepreneur and
creative, Erica brings experience across fashion, beauty, culture, and business,
with a strong background in product development, brand strategy, marketing, and
storytelling. She is a graduate of the University of Maryland Eastern Shore, the
Fashion Institute of Technology, and Conde Nast College of Fashion & Design in
London.
Her work is guided by a passion for helping women reconnect with themselves,
embrace their journeys, and build from a place of purpose.
