About Michelle:

The session will be led by Michelle Jackson, an Executive Coach with a dynamic
background spanning higher education, digital consulting, healthcare, and her
own coaching practice. Michelle works with diverse clients on critical focus
areas including financial literacy, career transition, leadership, and leading
change.

Her coaching strategy is unique, drawing from design research, non-violent
communication, and creative play. Michelle is a trained facilitator of the
innovative LEGO® SERIOUS PLAY® method, ensuring the session is highly engaging
and provides actionable outcomes.
