Join us for an engaging Lunch & Learn with Illiah Manger, creative director and
brand designer behind C&V Creative, for an interactive experience exploring the
connection between energy, creativity, and the work we bring into the world.

As creative entrepreneurs, the work we create is shaped by more than our ideas
and strategies. It is also influenced by what we carry, what inspires us, and
how connected we feel to the work we are building. Sometimes, moving forward
means taking a moment to pause, check in, and notice where things feel aligned
and where we may be holding ourselves back.

In this interactive session, Illiah will guide us through a hands-on energy
exercise, a chakra check-in for our creative work, and a group Reiki experience.
Together, we’ll explore where our work feels stuck, where it flows naturally,
and how we can create space to move forward with greater intention.

In this session, you will:

* Participate in a hands-on energy exercise and a chakra check-in for your
creative work
* Experience a group Reiki session guided by Illiah
* Identify where your work feels stuck or in flow and one small step to move it
forward

Just bring your curiosity and an openness to exploring your creative work in a
new way.

About the Speaker:

Illiah Manger is the creative director and brand designer behind C&V Creative, a
brand identity studio for women creatives and entrepreneurs building something
bigger than themselves.

A typographer at heart, strategist by practice, and intuitive by nature, Illiah
approaches branding through the lens of both design and energy. A certified
Reiki Master, she reads a brand by what it is connected to, what it is carrying,
and where it wants to go. She begins every brand with a clearing and reading,
allowing its direction to emerge from what is true rather than what is trending.
